A house is not a commodity. It's a place where memories are made. Where family celebrations are held. Where your psyche takes refuge at the end of a long day. Your house is not just a house. It's your home. If you've ever sold a house with another Realtor®, you'll soon recognize the difference in working with the Steve Pemberton Group. And if you've never sold a house before, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The Steve Pemberton Group does more than orchestrate the sale of your home. They get to know you and your home, and all the details that make it valuable.
It's this attention to detail that separates the Steve Pemberton Group from the rest of the pack. Steve is committed to knowing as much as possible about your home. Throughout the process, Steve will keep you informed of how buyers are reacting to your home, as well as to any factors that may affect the sale of your home. Steve knows what buyers are looking for, and will counsel you on how to present your home so as to get the best possible offer. But the process doesn't end with an offer. Steve will follow through, and successfully negotiate the closing of your home. With over sixty awards and $500+ million in sales, it's what he does best.

Steve Pemberton moved to Minnesota with his wife, Pam, in 1978 at the age of twenty-two. Shortly thereafter, Steve began
his real estate career as an agent for Coldwell Banker. Within a few months, they were the top producers in their office after
starting with no more than a telephone book. After the birth of their first child, Pam elected to remain at home, with Steve
continuing to sell at a record pace. Since then Steve has achieved nearly every real estate sales award given by Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty—nearly sixty awards in all. During his career, he has been named number one in sales in Minnesota multiple times and number one in the Midwest. This was the first time a Realtor® from Minnesota won this prestigious award. And in 1998 Steve was named one of the top ten agents in the U.S. for Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty, beating out 30,000 sales professionals. He is a member of Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty's President's Club and Coldwell Banker Burnet's President's Premier International. Agents and residents agree, too: since 2003, Steve has been voted a Super Real Estate Agent by Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business. |
| A licensed Realtor®, Steve holds several professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist
(CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Accredited Relocation Counselor (ARC). In addition, he is a former Certified Real
Estate Appraiser (CREA). But that's not all. An avid golfer, Steve was appointed housing and accommodations coordinator of the 2002 PGA Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club. His role was to place the world’s top golf professionals in private housing for the championship. Steve continues to sell at a record pace, with nearly $40 million in annual sales. His listings sell for more than 2.2% of the board average and in twenty-four days less time than the average real estate agent. In fact, in one year Steve's sellers received over $700,000 more in bottom line proceeds alone. With over thirty years experience and $500+ million in sales, Steve has the expertise to successfully negotiate the buying and selling of your home. |

During high school at Apple Valley High School, Parker Pemberton was an exemplary student-athlete. He not only
excelled in leadership qualities and performance in sports but was also a team leader in a selected group called
Developmental Psychology. DP as is it known was aimed at educating young students primarily middle school age on drugs,
alcohol, and violence. These teachings allowed the student become aware of what they may encounter in the following years,
and helped them create ways to avoid troublesome situations that many young people encounter while growing up. While in high school Parker achieved record setting results for the AVHS men's golf team. He was selected four times to the All-Lake Conference team, two-time selection to the All-State team and was selected captain of his team his junior and senior years; he not only set multiple school records for his golf achievements but regional and state wide records as well. He reached the top ranked spot in Minnesota High School rankings by the St. Paul Pioneer Press and the MN Star Tribune his senior year. |
| After graduating from Apple Valley High School in 2004, Parker was attended the University of Minnesota where
he majored in liberal arts. Two years later after winning one of Minnesota Golf Association's major tournaments he was highly
recruited to play at several top Division I golf programs; he chose the University of New Mexico. Through hard work and perseverance
he gained a scholarship to play on the Men's Golf Team, which he says was the best experience of his young career. While at New Mexico
he played in the U.S Amateur, two Western Amateurs, Southern Amateur, and several "Opens", He still has a scoring average that ranks in
the top ten in school history. Leaving New Mexico was very difficult but ultimately he wanted to come home where he belongs, to Minnesota.
With a degree in Communication and minor in Business Management, Parker has the additional skills and talents that create the synergy needed
in his Real Estate profession. Parker was able to live a dream he had had since being a young boy, he turned professional in May of 2009 and played throughout the country in professional golf tournaments before deciding to move home and pursue a career in Real Estate. Focused and goal driven along with hard work, creative thinking, and up-tempo personality make Parker a great addition to the number one Real Estate team in the area, The Pemberton Group, at Coldwell Banker, but in the end, Parker's focus is you and your home sale. |
